Channel rediscovered energies to build action plans supporting the new knowledge, environment and opportunities.

Define the deliverables that match your target audience needs (customer experiences and touchpoints: collateral, Web site, advertising, customer service).

Design planning and approvals. Develop branding and experience design specifications, a preliminary budget and timeline for design and launch of the new strategy.

Monitor team progress.

Customer focus groups test the design concepts.
